When will my order ship?
Orders received by 5pm will roast and ship the following business day. Orders received after 5pm on Thursday will roast and ship the following Monday.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $300.

When can I pick up my order?
Pick-up orders will be available the following day (Monday-Saturday) between 7am and 2pm at our retail cafe at 419 Center Street. Between 2pm and 4pm, you can pick up your order in our roastery using the door to the left of our cafe.

How do I find cleaning products and no-coffee items in my catalog?
Use the dropdown menu to the right of the SEARCH box to reveal more product categories, or select SHOW ALL PRODUCTS to view our entire catalog.

I’m not seeing items I’m used to ordering in my catalog, what do I do?
